Change Management
“If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart.” Nelson Mandela
What is Change Management?
Is it managing resistance against the change?
Listening to the employees’ feedback?
Is it communication?
Mentoring the employees in the transformation process?
Providing information on how to bring about change?
Nowadays, we handle the concept of Change Management, which has swiftly replaced classical management models, at two levels:
- At the Project Level, Change Management is a set of tools and a structured application process that will guide the people supportive of change for being able to achieve the desired outcomes.
- At the Organization Level, Change Management is the leadership skill necessary to create change in an organization and the strategic competence designed to develop the organization’s capacity for change.
In this context, our team works with the ADKAR Model of Change Management, which is a necessity for meeting the challenging conditions for success and harmony, especially for non-governmental organizations along with other institutions and entities.
